SMG 2005-6 INFLUENZA VACCINE INFORMATION

Stanford Medical Group will offer the 2005-6 influenza vaccine on:

• Saturday - November 5, 2005
  
• 8:00 am- noon
  
• SMG-Blake Wilbur
  

The influenza vaccine will be offered to all patients of SMG. Following the completion of the annual influenza vaccine clinic, if we have sufficient supplies, we will offer the vaccine in clinic after 11/7/05 until our supply is exhausted or we complete the prime vaccination period for 2005-6.
