Influenza Vaccine 2004-5 Update

SMG has extended the influenza vaccine administration to high-risk patients through 12/1/2004. Please refer to the CDC 2004 FLu Vaccine Guidelines for information on high risk guidelines. Please call or email SMG to arrange an appointment if you meet the criterion for 2004-5 vaccine adminstration.
